I read her book last year (actually I listened to it in audiobook form as I walked at night). If you are a working mom, especially, you NEED to read this. It really changed the way I look at my job, my role as a mom, my place in the career world. You can get it here!

ReplyDeleteI was so inspired by *Lean In* that I started a Lean In Circle at my school. We have 11 women and actually use the Lean In Circle meeting curriculum provided by LeanIn.org. I think that we would all agree that it's been one of the most professionally satisfying things we've ever done, as it's provided a space and a community in which we can discuss our goals, fear, etc. within a structured context and with an eye toward supporting and encouraging one another to continue moving forward in our careers. I highly recommend it!
