Computer Generated Silhouette Tutorial

My friend and colleague, Kim Strauss (follow her @edtech2love), tweeted this awesome link last week and my brain went into overload on how you could use this in the classroom!  Check out this tutorial from Everyday Mom Ideas on how to make a (FREE!) computer generated silhouette in four easy steps.  I think you could do more with this than just student silhouettes.  What about characters from the picture book you are reading or special VIPs from your school?  Who says you have to do people?!  You could you do silhouettes of important places and let the students infer where the picture was taken.  What ideas do you have?!
