Do you want to be a Technology Leader?

Yesterday I attended a Technology Leaders Conference at Region 6 with Rod Leer and learned about some new technology treats that I am eager to share with you all!  I have added a few more Web. 2.0 tools to the Web 2.0 Tools directory (link above).  Check them out and pick one or two that you can use next year in your classroom.  I will be sharing ideas throughout the year on how to integrate these great tools into your classroom...painlessly (I promise!).

Here's a sneak peak...  Check out Virsona, where you can actually "chat" with historical and fictional characters!  Click here to ask the Easter Bunny some personal questions.  :)

A question that the presenter, Burke Hatch, posed at this week's conference was:

"If a movie was made about the technology efforts in your classroom, what would the title be?"

I think this is a great question and am interested to see what your responses are.  If you comment on this post (click on Comments below) with your movie title, I will email you a "digital treat" that will help you become a better tech leader on your campus!!

Don't wait until school starts to begin thinking about what kind of tech leader you want to be!  Need to refresh your memory and get motivated?  Check out our Technology Tuesday Newsletter Archive or browse the Web 2.0 Tools here!  Create a folder in your browser bookmarks or on your desktop for "goodies" that you come across.  Make it easy to find all of the cool stuff you discover once your students are back and you are in full swing!
