Day 3 - Discuss one “observation” area that you would like to improve on for your teacher evaluation.
Because I am not in the classroom, I don't get evaluated by a typical teacher tool like PDAS. However, thinking back to the evaluation I completed with my boss last year, one area I am hoping to improve is community involvement and education about technology initiatives in our district. I have a somewhat new role in BISD this year that doesn't even really have a name yet, but I will be working to build our social media presence and perhaps even helping to develop a mobile app for our district. I am hoping these small steps can build our community involvement and improve public perception of BISD.
