Day 14 - What is feedback for learning, and how well do you give it to students?

Because my "students" are actually teachers, my feedback for learning comes in the form of positive affirmations based on the things I see the teachers doing well. I often leave teachers little notes, email them about something positive I saw and copy their administrator or give them public shout outs in front of their peers to try and reinforce the strong teaching strategies.
